Teampler Image Terms
Effective date: 2026-09-11 Version: 1
You must accept these terms before uploading a photo to Teampler. They apply to profile photos and club cover images.
1. Images you may upload
You may upload only images you have the right to upload. Photos taken by someone else, photos of other people, and copyrighted images may not be uploaded without the consent of that person or rights holder.
2. Images you may not upload
The following are prohibited:
- Sexual imagery or nudity
- Violent or graphic imagery
- Imagery that demeans or promotes hatred toward a race, nationality, gender, religion, disability, or sexual orientation
- Imagery depicting or promoting illegal activity
- Imagery that harasses or threatens others, or photos of other people taken without their consent
- Imagery impersonating another person
- Advertising, promotion, spam, or imagery unrelated to the service
3. Review of uploaded images
Uploaded images are sent to the operator for review. Images that violate these terms may be removed without prior notice.
4. Reporting
You can report an image from the screen where that image appears. Reports are sent to the operator for review.
Reporting does not remove the image immediately. The operator reviews it against these terms and then acts.
5. Blocking
You can block a specific user. When you block someone, their profile photo is hidden from you, and at the same time your profile photo is hidden from them. You can unblock at any time.
Club cover images belong to the club rather than to an individual, so blocking does not hide them. Please report a club cover image if there is a problem with it.
Blocking does not remove the person’s name or participation status from a club roster you share, because courts and queues need to show who is taking part.
6. Consequences of violations
If you violate these terms, the image is removed. For repeated or serious violations, image uploads may be restricted or the account may be suspended.
7. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the version number increases and you must accept the new terms again before uploading a photo.
